I'll support you in reconnecting with yourself — at your own pace, without pressure, without playing a role.
"We know more than we understand."

I've trained in martial arts since I was thirteen — it gave me discipline, calm, and a clear head even in difficult moments. Years of experience on stage taught me that change rarely starts in the head alone — it shows up in posture, breath, voice. And through my studies in psychological counseling, I learned to truly listen: to what someone says, and to what resonates between the lines.
Being honest about this matters to me: I am not a psychologist or a therapist, but a coach. My background in counseling, performance, and martial arts flows into how I support you — but it does not replace therapy or medical treatment.
To me, coaching means this: not a program forced onto you, but a space where you find your way back to yourself. Whatever is on your mind right now — you don't need to already know how it continues in order to begin.
Why "Creative Touch"? Because change rarely happens in a straight line — it needs creative detours, new perspectives, sometimes a path through the body rather than only the mind. "Touch" stands for this sensitive, direct contact with what's actually here — with you, not with some off-the-shelf method.
My coaching isn't limited to one group of people — but these four are especially close to my heart.
Supporting young people in discovering their own voice and strengths — before roles and expectations settle in.
For anyone facing a change — professionally, personally, or simply sensing that things can't continue as they have been.
Psychological counseling — not a care service, but an open ear and guidance through new stages of life.
Business consulting with a psychological lens — for leaders and teams who sense that good collaboration starts with truly understanding people.
I've walked the Camino de Santiago and spent a week in Japan — both taught me, in very different ways, how much strength lies in patience and in small, deliberate steps.
I used to row competitively — state champion (NRW), German runner-up, and German junior champion. What stays with me from that time isn't the titles, but the understanding of how discipline and teamwork work together.
I've trained in martial arts since I was thirteen. What still carries me today is the idea of Bushido — not as a fight against others, but as a peaceful path of one's own willpower. I bring this attitude into every coaching session: calm, clear, and with staying power.
